It must match your hardware.

The `disable' option is to disable those probes that proved to be hang
the whole system or that misdetect something (since PC hardware comp-
onents itself are usually not very cooperative in supporting unique
device probing features).  You normally start without disabling any-
thing, and only care for it if one of these conditions is met.
