    Great.  Does that mean I get to pay more for a computer that will be on
for more than 8 hours a day?  (the average work day of corporate America)

    If BCTel puts 200 lines on a switch, but can only service 200 fully for
a few minutes, perhaps they should look into purchasing better equipment!  I
buy my equipment to run 24 hours a day at full capacity.  If it can't do it,
then it's defective!
