It wouldn't amuse you if you lived here...at least I don't find it so
amusing.  Apparently capitalism always violates someones rights to
telephone service or healthcare or the information superhighway or
[name your right of the day here].
(Now where was that darn list of rights written down?)

I heard about this concept somewhere.  I wonder whether it would work
in America?  Has it been tried anywhere before?
