Sure, but first let's talk your warming brow :-0  I didn't bother to say
this, (because I didn't expect such petulance), but my experience extends
to many hundreds more where I work.  (we have well over a thousand HPs,
but I'm sure a fair number of drives have been swapped out, since we've
had a lot of them for several years, so I won't try for a close estimate)
Now, if you're gonna jump up again and say HEY! swapouts mean they're 
failing, you're right...keep in mind though, that most of them get
pounded a large portion of your typical 24 hour day in many different 
ways.  Now, if you're gonna ask HOW? I'll tell ya, but, otherwise,
I'm sure most folks have heard quite enough.
