i'm trying to build lynx on a freebsd machine (2.0-RELEASE FreeBSD
    2.0-RELEASE #2: Tue Nov 22 13:59:59 1994
    root@fnord.cdrom.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/GENERIC i386) but
it just won't. i grabbed the package from freebsd.cdrom.com
and when i tried to make it retrieved the code in lynx2-3-7.tar.Z
from the archive site, and proceeded to compile.

1) the file Library/Implementation/HTTCP.c failed with a redefinition
of sys_errlist. i commented out the redefinition,

2) that allowed me to get down to a compile of the file
Library/Implementation/HTML.c that failed because it could not find
the file -- it just isn't in the distribution!

i have compiled other things on the system (httpd and some personal
bind query tools) without a hitch, but lynx just doesn't want to
compile.

does anybody have a hint for me? thanks.
