Subject: HELP: Creating tty00 using MAKEDEV on FreeBSD v2.0

I just installed the new SNAP-shot of FreeBSD v2.0 but when I try to
install the new Xfree86 3.1.1 I need to create my mouse device file. It
should be tty00 (that's what it was in the previous version of FreeBSD I
used). BUT, I issue the following command:
	sh MAKEDEV tty00

It returns the error: "tty00 - device not found"
I am logging in as root, and even using a "umask 022". What the hell can
I do?? It just won't make it. Not even tty01 or the modem decives cua00
or anything!

HELP!
