My apologies to all if this isn't the most appropriate place to post
this.

I recently inherited a sun 3/50 from my school's cs department. For
reasons too boring to go into, it has to be able to boot standalone if
I want to use it from my dorm room. I've managed to acquire
everything I need to do this... except the operating system.

Does anyone know where I could get a cheap/free operating system which
would run on a Sun 3/50? Extensive documentation is not
required... the ability to run X-windows on its 19" black and white
monitor would be nice, though.

Please respond via email to:

Thanks.
