I am running FreeBSD 2.0 and whenever I turn on my printer, it starts
spewing out garbage characters. I have the lpt port compiled in as 0x378,
irq 5, because my sound card is on irq 7. The printer and sound card both
work fine in dos, and the printer responds to lpt1. The sound card works in
BSD, but the printer refuses to work. Any ideas?

Thanks,
