Subject: anyone got mxgdb-1.1.6 to work with xf86-3.1/motif-2.0 on NetBSD-1.0?

i absolutely hate to ask this question here, but since there are no special
newsgroup for motif (i think), my only alternative was to ask here. my
question is what the subject line says. mxgdb-1.1.6 compiles just fine
with my xf86-3.1/motif-2.0 setup, but i can't run it due to this error:

ld.so: Undefined symbol "_XShapeQueryExtension" called from mxgdb:
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXm.so.1.2 at 0x101b22e0

i suppose this is an incompatibility between motif-1.2.x and motif-2.0?

if anyone can shed some light on this for me, it would be greatly apppreciated,
as i would really like to use an x debugger with the motif interface. if
anyone else out there knows of an x debugger with a motif interface, please
tell me.

thanks for any help on this!

sincerely,
