Uhh...no, it's been 65mph on interstates outside city limits for the past
decade. Besides, aren't those minimums?

You're the one who brought it up...err...would like to bring it
up...uhhh...remembered, once, a long time ago bringing it up....

Tell that to Vector, a CA company building 600+ HP cars...and there's a
Ford/Mazda plant in Long Beach, isn't there? I beleive the RX-7 twin-turbo
is another ~300 HP car. And isn't Shelby (Cobra, and now Viper) working
out of CA? And no, there wouldn't be more big-engined Benzes on the
Ventura Freeway than in all of Germany now, would there?
