Hi,

I have two 486 clones and I want to connect the two
together via an NE2000 compatible Ethernet adapter. On
one computer I want to run FreeBSD 2.0 and on the other
Windows 3.11 or Windows 3.11 for Workgroups. I have
physically installed the Ethernet adapters and now I
want to configure the software to talk to one another.

Can someone direct me to a book or procedure to
set-up the software on each end so that I can use FTP
or Telnet on my Windows 3.11 box and use my other 486
as a compute slave. I am fairly used to both environments
separately but I am new to networking the two together.
