    Yep, I get the exact same problem.  Setting XNLSPATH to the correct
directory doesn't work, since it complains that the C locale does not
exist (when in fact it does).  I do have Netscape 1.0N running on a 
SunOS 4.1.3 machine, and the included notes for that OS do work, so I
am running Netscape from there for now.
