Hi there,

Does anyone know how disble "^S" (suspend) while using tip?  Also, everytime 
I dial in to school and use emacs, I need to press "^p" twice before the 
cursor moves up.  Is that because I'm using tcsh at home?  Is there anyway
I can disable it too?
