I'm having problems installing FreeBSD 2.0 using a floppy only install.
I have boot144 and cpio. These appeared to work fine since I'm booting
up into the "install" mode.

I have bininst.** on a number of different floppies when I select install
the mandatory files (binist) using DOS floppies I stick my first floppy
and the drive spins endlessly.

When I break the install by pulling out the disk and breaking the installation
and drop to the shell I can see the files in the \usr\tmp directory.

One solution would be to copy the files from "a:" to \usr\tmp manually
but I can't figure how to do this in Unix because I'm a newbie.

Does anyone have some advice? Or point me to the relevant instructions?

Thanks
