Well, what I did was FTP the binary, untar it, and type "./netscape".  This doesn't work for you?  You really should give more detailed information.

At a minimum, tell me what you have done so far, what the error messages were, and what your hardware/software situation is.

As far as packages go...  I'm planning to start collecting them for people here, and the mechanisms exists for packages under NetBSD.  However, I have found that packages are generally worthless because I need to compile them to my preferences anyhow.  I think packages should be limited to programs that are (1) huge, (2) hard to compile, or (3) require restricted libraries, such as Motif.  But I'm sure other people would think that everything should be packaged...
