Ahahahahahahahahaha..  Do you think anybody actually READS that?  Heck
no, they call the number printed numerous times on the insert and backliner
(or, if they're smart, they finger info@cdrom.com and get the free 800
number! :-) and demand tech support all the time!

And we answer the calls because even though we claim not to give tech
support and so hopefully discourage most of the ravening masses from calling
us, we do give tech support.  If we can possibly help a customer resolve a
problem, we do.  Any of the many thousands of FreeBSD or Linux people who've
called here can attest to this!

As to whether or not we can continute to do this at this level, I can't
say.  We're doing it now and we're hiring more people to help do it.

Would you pay more for a fully supported product?  What would you pay?
Just asking.. :-)
