Hi, I'm a potential convert to NetBSD 1.0.

I say potential, because I can't get the darn thing to work. :(
I've installed all of the binaries except for security and the games
binaries. I've also installed the netbsd10.patched binary.

What happens is that I get maybe a minute of usefull life before my
system crashes. From the docs I've read, I get the impression that it's a
console bug which causes the system to crash. So, I've used the "clear"
command frequently and tried to limit scrolling, but a crash is inevitable.

I understand that the fix for this is to use the virtual terminal program,
"dt". So, I went out and got that. However, whenever I try to run it, I
get a "bus error".

I've tried to recompile it, but with no success there either.

I know this may be a simpleton's question, but....

What do I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
