Subject: ncheck not implemented? /fstat errors

I have noticed that ncheck isn't in the /sbin, /bin, or /usr/bin
directories and I was wondering if it had been implemented at all
or if an equivalent was available...
Also the executable fstat for file-specs. doesn't seem to work
when I put it in verbose mode it tells me that everything I try
to run it on is of an "unknown file type 2" so it's bugging me...

Any info. would be appreciated,
Faldor
