On the other hand, if it really got down to a fight, I bet Walnut Creek
would [this is not legal advice] not be able to win a trademark battle
over "The FreeBSD CDROM".  With a name that is so descriptive of the
product, at the very least they'd have a very uphill fight.  I'm kind
of surprised that they could even get it past the PTO (or is it an
unregistered trademark?).
