The floppies fsck fine under NetBSD 1.0.

The mother board and floppy controller are about the only constant factors.
(And, of course there's me: I could be doing something stupid.)

Are there any "manual" installation instructions?

Assuming I have to stick with NetBSD 1.0, is there a nice collection of
ready-to-fly applications similar to FreeBSD's package directory?
(I don't mind doing my own porting and compiling, etc, but it saves
loads of time to have these common applications packaged by someone else.)
