I've got the same basic problem. I have a Gateway 2000 486dx266 w/
EISA/VLB motherboard, a diamond viper (2mb) video card, and an Ultrastor
24f SCSI controler in slot1. I get the same messages that Sanjay gets. I
booted using the /kernel -c option, and set the uha0 (presumably the
ultrastor device) iomem to 0xc8000, and the irq to 14. When it continued
to boot it wrote 'uha0 not found at 0x330', and it still doesn't see the
hard drives. It works fine for both OS/2 and DOS.
