It is clear the FSF prefer the GPL over the BSD copyright, otherwise they would not have invented it, and clearly RMS would like other people to use it. You have, however, provided no evdidence that they consider people distributing software under the BSD copyright for Traitors To Humanity. To the contrary, the FSF does this themselves. Again: Back up your claim, or post an apology.
