Hello. I've just finished a port of BSD's line printer daemon suite to another
(inferior) Unix, and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out if my
port of LPC,specifically the "topq" command works as it should..

if LPQ displays a list of three jobs, 15, 16, and 17, and from within LPC I
type 'topq laser 16 root' a subsequent LPQ reveals that topq reordered the
jobs sequenced as 15 17 16.

Is this the correct behavior for topq? the source code would seem to indicate
this to be the case, but I just want to check to be sure.

Please e-mail your responses to: feoh@gnu.ai.mit.edu

Thanks in advance.
Chris Patti
