I am running BSDI v. 1.1 (BSD 4.4)

I have recently upgraded from a 486 dx2-66 to a P5-90. The P5-90 will now boot
all the way. It has a BUSLOGIC 946C PCI SCSI controller card in it. On boot
it gets all the way through the dmesg part and hangs right after the drives
are found. I was told the BL 946C was supported. I also tried booting off
of floppy but it hangs right after I enter the root partition for it to find.
I also have it setup to boot either DOS or UNIX and the DOS works fine so I
would eliminate hardware.

I would appreciate it if someone with a working P5-90 would tell me the trick.
Even if they are running a different version it might help.

Thanks,
James Miller
