I have been told that my network card (3Com 3C509) is not supported by
the base kernel that the install program in FreeBSD 2.0-ALPHA sets up.
Another Net denizen kindly e-mailed me a kernel he had recompiled that
supported that card. I uudecoded it and popped it onto a DOS floppy but
don't know the proper syntax for the mount command needed to mount the
floppy. Can it even be done? If not, can it read a floppy created by
Solaris? ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
