Both A/UX and MachTen (Unix's for Macintosh) have gcc available for them.

It seems to be a relatively straightforward port. I compiled it on my
Quadra 800 running A/UX (M68040).

Both have archives you might want to check out:

A/UX: jagubox.gsfc.nasa.gov
MachTen: tenon.com

Good Luck!
