Ahh, this becuase your are using the GPL_MATH_EMULATE option. You must add
this option to the /etc/make.conf file, my system is at home home so I am
going on memory here..., then rebuild libutil or all the libs and then rebuild
any programs that may be affected, like ps, gdb, etc...

I can get more info from home if need be...
