*** DISCLAIMER: This is not a flame war bait! ***

I am using Linux right now (and I'm *very* satisfied). I have heard,
however, from other users of occassional networking code glitches. I
experienced it only once, but I have never pushed it too much. I am
about to make a decision whether to use Linux or FreeBSD as a base for
a UUCP email machine for about 10 people to use. Some machines would
also be used in classrooms for introductory TCP/IP classes (and UNIX)
with lots of exercises. My primary concern in such a situation is
stability and completeness of the networking code.

I would appreciate hearing from people who used both of these platforms
in similar situations and about their experiences.

Thanks!

Tony
