Well I found out why this doesn't work. You have to have 2 floppy drives
installed and the distribution on appropriate media for the non-boot
drive since it'll have the install floppy in it. IMHO, this seems a bit
ridiculous in order to save using one floppy during the installation
process, if that is why it was done this way. Not to mention, I can't
find the reference in the INSTALL doc to back this up. (Yes, I know it's
a nick pick, but how was I supposed to know if it's not documented?)
