}When I installed FreeBSD-1.1.5.1 I got the optional dos disk and put 
}kermit on it. After I went through all the initial instalation kermit 
}would run no problem...Shortly thereafter I installed the binary dist and 
}now under multi-user mode I can't run kermit or much else ie any of the 
}games. I chmod kermit so that it is executable and nothing ... command 
}not found errors appear. Now if I 'shutdown now' and go to single user 
}mode I can cd to the appropriat dir and run kermit and it's okay...but 
}this is not enjoyable and sort of contradicts the idea of having multi 
}sessions...please if anyone has insight on this proble please let me know 
}e-mail or post (which ever) or if you know where I should look to find 
}this information please let me know. Thank You.

My guess would that either a) your path does not point to the directory
where Kermit is held or b) your trying to run kermit in the directory
you are currently in and you don't have a dot '.' in your path.

Try running it as './kermit ' and see what happens...
