I've been using the Hedley pcemu with virtually no problems at all.
Porting was trivial, performance is (of course) not great.
(It's a fully architecture-independant emulator, I get a norton
SI of around 3.0 on a 486dx50, which is adequate for my needs.)

Ask archie for a nearby archive site - the version I have is 
pcemu1.00alpha.tar.gz
