Well, I don't think anybody is going to port ext2fs for no real reason...

BSD has DOS/FAT file system support

Linux and BSD both use XFree86.

Well, all except for the EXT2FS support.  BSD has been using the FFS
(and perhaps someday the LFS will be stable).  I don't think anybody
that has the time and expertise to port EXT2FS has been convinced that
it needs porting.
