Well, according to Peter his article was limited by space.
Additionally, he claims to be a supporter of BSDI and 
admirer of Linus Torvald.

Anyone care to take this one up with the editors of Byte
Magazine ? Basically, it would be nice if the correction
note stated the existence of FreeBSD and NetBSD and that
is readily available to anyone.
