For termcap, I would add an entry like:

hh|vt100-hh|vt100hh|VT 100 for handheld with small window:\
	:co#40:li#15:\
	:tc=vt100:

For terminfo, I would take:

vt100hh|vt100-hh|VT 100 for handheld with small window,
	cols#40, lines#15, use=vt100,
