I get the following message while trying to install FreeBSD
1.1.5.1-RELEASE on my 486/dx2 66:

ISA strayintr e
uha0:0:0 (sd0) timed out uha0: uha_abort, board not responding
Debugger("ultra14f") called.AGAIN

The last two lines repeat ad infinitum. I'm loading the kcopy_bt
kernal because I'm using the ultrastor 34f controller card. I've
tried two different motherboards (from the same mfg), two
different video controller cards, two different kinds of ethernet
boards, three different disk controllers (adaptec, buslogic
and now ultrastor) all with the same results. I've re-written the
kcopy_bt, filesyst, and cpio floppies twice.

Why do I have the feeling that I'm dealing with a basic incompatibility
with the motherboard?

Any other input is most welcome!
