		Has anyone tried to use this?  I found an
		ad that says it is intelligent and can
		use more than 1 card(8 ports each) in a
		system.  Thae ports claim to be RS232/RS422
		compatible.  All this for $40.  In the ad
		the UARTS look like they are socketed and
		it's a 16 bit card.  Later...
