Recently i got (what i think is) an IBM EGA board - without documentation.

It's a full-length board, has 5x40pin / 1x28pin / much TTL, the label near 
the ISA-connector says 6280539 ECA 33217 V0011.

Does anybody know the meaning of the 4 DIP-Switches and the Jumpers P1 and
P3 ?
