I'm running FreeBSD 1.1R. It would really be nice if I could get ppp to
work as well as slip does under this implementation. I found a some
sources to ppp-1.2. Has anyone had any experience with this version? Will
it run on my system if I can get it to compile? Will this version support
re-eastablishing the circuit if it breaks? In other works, will it redial
or at least act like a login shell if I can get the upstream system to
call? Please advise.
