I'm looking for a good book discussing in depth on the
internals of UNIX operating system - basically an updated
version of 'The UNIX operating system by Maurice J Bach'

I'm specifically interested in the following areas

 * Buffer cache implementation, covering variable size buffers,
   multiple free lists etc.

 * Virtual File systems implementation.

 * UNIX File system structure (ufs) discussing stuff like
   disk layout (cylinder groups), redundant super blocks etc.

Any help in finding such a book(s) will be greatly appreciated.
