Would anyone know where I could get a inexpensive slip connection?

	Also - I'm writing an X-windows interface for a X-10 controller. This
particular controller uses a com port to connect to the PC. Is it possible
to open a connection like: /etc/tty0d - then how would I set the parameters
(8 data bits, 1 stop bit, etc)?

Many, Many, Many thanks in advance
