Of course, the best shell for a user is not necessarily the same as
the best default shell for root, or for system admin scripts.
The Bourne shell is most likely to be present on any u*x system 
you might need to port a script to, and most likely to be statically
linked, which is handy if pieces of the dynamic linker have gone
down in flames.
