Here's a question I couldn't find an answer to in any man page or faq
(is there one?) about seyon (version 2.14b running on FreeBSD 1.1.5.1,
connected via an 8-bit clean modem line to a Sun Sparc 10 SunOS
4.1.3, running GNU emacs 19.22):

^V seems to be an escape character of some sort. To send a ^V, you
have to send it twice. To send a ^O you have to send ^V^O. This is
annoying (to say the least) in emacs. Any way to disable this...
ahem.. feature?

Thanks,
Phil
