My Mitsumi controller only has jumper settings for IRQ3 or IRQ5. If I install the sources (I'm putting things on by copying from CD to D: - a DOS partition on the same disk as FreeBSD - and then getting it from /dos filesystem in FreeBSD) will I be able to change the interrupt assignments in a driver somewhere to make the CDROM use IRQ5 and rebuild the OS?
