Summary: Fix the install notes, or the installation program

When installing FreeBSD 1.5.1.1 (RELEASE), I was doing just peachy, up
until the time I extracted the binary distribution files. They seemed to
extract ok, then I configured my network and rebooted.

Immediately upon reboot: Panic! Init died.

Kent Palmkvist suggested that perhaps the extract didn't go as well as I
expected; apparently, the extract script renames init, termcap, and sh to
init.18, termcap.18, and sh.18. Sure enough, when I booted off of a
floppy, there they were. I get an uncorrupt distribution, and continued
on, and everything is kosher now. Nonetheless, either the extract script
should be friendlier about not maliciously renaming files, or this should
be in the FAQ, and the Installation notes.

Thanks,
