You're not the only one.  It's happening here on a 486DX-66 16MB Adaptec
1542B, 1 Fujitsu m2324f, 1 Maxtor 7213s, 1 CDC 94171-327, 1 NEC CDR-74.

Started happening right after I upgraded to 1.1.5.1.
