I have FreeBSD running on my little 386sx PC, and I want to get emacs
for it. I got the 19.22 distribution from ftp.cdrom.com and unpacked
it. I ran the make for it and it worked fine up to the point where it
tried to link the whole thing together. I got an error from the
linker that said:

ld: No reference to __DYNAMIC

This was opaque at best. Does anyone know what this means?

Stan
