Your original question, in case you forgot, was:
	#1	What is it that you consider the must be
		*reliable*?

THE MUST BE RELIABLE? And you're telling me what a noun and an adverb
are? I came back at you once, that's enough. Given the wording of the
question, I think I did pretty good.
