    Actually, today's interviwers heavily favor a hacker style. Because
    of all the amazingly hyped resumes floating around, people are now
    required to memorize every bit they ever worked with - they will be
    asked about them in the effort to ferret out the fakes. If you are
    a careful programmer and use reasonable coding standards, you are
    at a disadvantage with respect to someone who defined nothing and
    spent lots of time hunting up bits in memory. **People who haven't
    interviewed in a few years may be in for an unpleasant surprise.**
    I think some people walk through buildings and put all the projects
    therein on their resumes. In fairness to employers, it apparently
    has become difficult to discharge people for poor performance (I
    am not really up on that).
