Hi,

I don't get to run XFree86. Not only am I fairly
unexpierienced in UNIX but I try to install it on
a Sharp PC-8650 LAPTOP with a Trackball, ie a PS/2
mouse.

I would love to take a look in a Xconfig file of a
running laptop-installation! I'm very confused now,
especially about the monitor-parameters (I have a
TFT-active matrix color display) and that ps/2 mouse.

PLEASE: If anybody runs the stuff on a laptop, will you
please email me your Xconfig-file?

Thanks in advance,
Johannes

PS.: Is it really true? Did I get that right? Do I really
have to rebuild the kernel to get that mouse running?
     How does THAT work?
