Hello,
I've been trying to get SLIP working on my 1.1.5.1 machine and have ru
into a snag. I'm following the procedure in the FAQ. Problem is when i
get to the part where it says to do:

chown uucp.dialer /dev/com0
chown uucp.dialer /dev/com1

I get an error. When i look in the /dev directory there is no com files
nor are they anywhere else. There was a step prior to this where i
edited /etc/remote with the lines:

com0:dv=/dev/com0:br#9600
com1:dv=/dev/com1:br#9600

This isn't supposed to create the /dev/coms is it?
